CE Software, Inc. Stock - update
As previously announced, the stock certificates for CE Software, Inc. were distributed
on June 13, 2000. The delay in distributing the CE Software, Inc. shares to those
who held their CE Software Holdings, Inc. stock in their brokerage accounts has been
solved. Those stockholders should have received their CE Software, Inc. stock on
Wednesday, June 21, 2000.
We continue to be hopeful that trading on the OTC Bulletin Board will begin within
a week, subject to NASD approval.
