Free update to Internet and interoffice e-mail software sports full Mac OS 9 compatibility, automatic software updates, contact manager enhancements and more.

 

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa, November 6, 2000 -- CE SOFTWARE, INC. (OTCBB Symbol: CESW) today announced an update to QuickMail, its easy-to-use Internet and interoffice e-mail system that includes server software for Macintosh and client software for both Windows and Macintosh. Available immediately and free via the CE Software Web site (http://www.cesoft.com/downloads/updates.html) to registered users of QuickMail 2.0, version 2.1 includes several improvements including automatic software updates and Mac OS 9 compatibility.

Upgrades from version 1.0 are offered at $700 for a 50-user pack. QuickMail Pro 2.1 for Macintosh and Windows, is $39.95 for a single user. QuickMail Pro upgrades from version 1.0 are $12 per user.
