CE Software Releases QuickMail 3.0
Version 3.0 features client and server for Mac OS X and Windows XP client
West Des Moines, Iowa, February 14, 2002 - CE Software,
Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: CESW) today announced the release of QuickMail 3.0, an upgrade
to its popular, easy-to-use Internet and interoffice e-mail system. QuickMail 3.0
features Mac OS X client and server, new address book distribution, Windows XP compatible
client, and numerous other improvements.

Known for its unique "all-in-one-box" approach to business
e-mail, CE Software's QuickMail Office 3.0 includes updated QuickMail Pro client

QuickMail Pro 3.0 client software features dozens of improvements

-- New client interface that takes advantage of Mac OS X's Aqua look and feel.
-- Allows remote users to send e-mail through servers that require SMTP Authorization.
-- New "Show as Plain Text" menu item allows the user to view formatted
text as plain text for easier reading.
-- Updated Windows client is now compatible with Windows XP and improved for use
with Windows 2000.
-- Edit and save changes to messages while in the Inbox. Drag and drop filed or sent
messages into the Inbox.
-- Plus many other enhancements designed to improve the already easy to use QuickMail
Pro.
In addition, QuickMail Office 3.0 also features expanded server
capabilities such as:
-- Carbonized to work with Mac OS X 10.1 as well as Mac OS 9.1 and 9.2.
-- Streamlined address book distribution for fast and easy delivery.
-- SMTP Authorization prevents unauthorized relaying while allowing remote users
to send e-mail.
-- Plus many more enhancements and performance improvements.

QuickMail Pro 3.0 upgrades start at $7/user from version 2.x. QuickMail Office 3.0
upgrades start at $8/user from version 2.x. Upgrades are available direct from CE
